    Personally, it's hard for me to cum from a bj but when I do it feels amazing. It's likely all of the reasons you said. Nerves have a lot to do with it. Just be chill and calm and don't worry so much. Also, masturbating will make you unable to cum too. Quit wanking it for a few days or a week and you'll be good to go!
