Is it normal that i loose track of time?

Sometimes I'll be sitting in bed and I blink and time flys away and I missed largest periods of time, I don't sleep, it's literally me blinking. Sometimes I can't move and I'll look at the clock and see that it's a certain time and then I get up and hours have passed, I forget moments in my life, me and my friends will hang out and I'll remember them picking me up then, bam I'm home alone again, I don't even remember what we did, or anything.

    A dissociative disorder?

You can't move as in literally can't move?

I don't think that's normal. It's one thing losing track of time or forgetting things but another thing if you lose hours of time or you end up somewhere and you don't know how you got there.

Hmmm, this seems exactly like me, I have hypersomnia and borderline personality disorder, honestly, it gets better when you just ignore it. I promise you.
