    I'm with you on this. Douching messes up your vaginal flora and that's no bueno

    The vagina has it's own self-cleaning mechanisms. No douche required.

      According to the healthy commercial women should only use it if doctors reccomends it.

        Trust me. That isn't very often. Most women have vaginas that naturally clean up after menstruation. One of the things incredible about our bodies. Well, next to boobs. Lol

    The vulva has a natural cleaning process. There's no reason to use a douche.

    Didn't even know what it was until I got an American girlfriend. I half-thought she was joking. Nobody does it here.
