From the time I was in kindergarten to about 3 months into 7th grade, I had a crush on the same guy. I never stopped liking him, nor did I like someone else at the same time during this period. Is that normal?
that's normal but if he doesn't like u back u have to move on i'm sure there is another guy has the same feelings to u too
Of course it's normal. People these days have gone all sleazy, and interpret any sign of actual faithfulness as a warning sign of stalking behavior.
It all depends on what you do, not how you feel. You can have a crush on the same person your entire life, and it can be a wonderful, beautiful thing. Or you can see a girl walking past your window, become violently obsessed with her, and... So yeah.
It's not about how you feel, or how long you feel that way. It's what you do about it that defines, not whether you're normal, but whether your behavior is ACCEPTABLE.
When your young, sometimes you have fears of telling people how you feel. But, its probably better to get over those. Anyways, 7 years is a long time. I think it happens to some people but isn't too normal. But, you don't want to have a fake picture in your head of this guy and always compare other guys to it. That could be bad.
I think its pretty normal, if you didn't tell him. But if he knew and you kept liking and pursuing him that's weird.

It only isn't normal if you chicken out and not talk to him. It may lead to something great, but you will never know unless you ask.
Also, don't stalk him, if he doesn't like you let him go. Don't make him feel bad because of how you feel.
