    Biology is a bitch isn't it? Technically normal. Although some people here might have an issue with the ages, and the fact she's your cousin. I however, do not. But don't take her wearing clothing as a sign she wants you. Her telling you she wants you, is her telling you she wants you.         I go through so many of these I get confused sometimes haha. Sorry for calling her your cousin. I still stand by what I said though. Kids absolutely love to cuddle. Its ok to cuddle. Its even ok if she sits in your lap and you get hard. But even if your hard, it doesn't mean she's ready.
