  • Das geht ab (Wir feiern die ganze Nacht) by Frauenarzt & Manny Marc.

I like this song in ways I can't explain. I also like the song midnight city by M83. It could be the equivalent of a slow song maybe? Gosh I thought I would be more helpful! If I stumble across anything raging and dancey I will sure let you know :P

You probably already know some of these bands, but you might enjoy The Killers, Bombay Bicycle Club, Wheatus, The Arctic Monkeys, Gorillaz, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Led Zep, Sigur Ros, Streetlight Manifesto, The Cranberries, Elvis Costello, Interpol, My Bloody Valentine, Social Distortion and Biffy Clyro.

Ozric Tentacles and Tangerine Dream, if you just want stuff in the rock family genre. Otherwise: Ska (Music genre), Nu Jazz and Acid Jazz (music genres), Electro-Swing (Music Genre), Funk (Genre), House music, etc.

    • It could be worse. I could like Miley Cyrus, or even worse, country!

I'm useless; I've never heard of any of them, sorry.
How about the Grateful Dead and Jimmy Buffet? Not "wild and raging bands" enough for you?

I used to listen The Grateful Dead religiously. Fantastic group (and Gerry was pretty good artist).

I think you could like Funkadelic. They're an interesting psychedelic rock/funk band from the 60s and 70s.
