Is it normal that i like trench coats?

I just like to wear trench coats. I am aware that people are scared of them because of the columbine massacre, but I just think they look cool. People sometimes give me nervous looks in public, but I find it funny because they're scared of someone with no intention to hurt them whatsoever, just because of a piece of clothing that you can buy at any Salvation Army.

    Though I love girls in puffy down and/or high zip collar coats the bests, I do also love girls in fully buttoned shiny or leather trenches like this one:

        i only have one, it's plasticized-leather one that I got off ebay (it's cheaper when the leather's fake, lol), and it doesn't touch the floor, but I've been looking for a floor-length or longer real-leather one. :)

          I have a gray one, slightly below knee length. Not sure what material it is. Wool, maybe?

    I freaking love trench coats i forget the name of it but that one the captain guy wears in the show torchwood is a favorite of mine unfortunately that show drove up popularity and prices -grumble grumble-

      Yeah. They're awesome. I have a big gray one that I bought at the salvation army. I wear it all the time when it's cold out and I keep food and stuff in the pockets.
