Is it normal that i like to touch fire?

I'm a 38 year old man and I've had this obsession since I was a kid. I like to ignite lighters and put my finger in the flame.

I don't hurt myself doing it, I only leave my finger there long enough to feel the heat. I've never set anything on fire nor do I have a desire to.

I just love the quick burn that lasts two to three seconds. Does anybody else do this?

    Ja! I'm a grown man too und I love fire. Except when a chemical fire starts in mein laboratory. Sometimes I slips in und out of a coma until mein robotic assistants can put it out safely! I hate when that happens!

    In BDSM, there is actually something called, "Fire Play". Sometimes fire cupping will be utilised for pain instead of healing. The only difference here, if I am remembering correctly, is that they are using flammable oils.
