Is it normal that i like to touch fabric?

Almost every time I go to a store either by myself or with others, I venture to either the clothes or the fabric department to feel them.
There's certain fabric textures I LOVE and there's really awful textures that make my skin crawl and my teeth feel weird. Anyone else enjoy feeling fabric and stuff?

    Very normal, I love the feel of certain latex, and vinyl products. It means your enjoying your sense of touch.

    Alcantara is lovely to the touch as is velvet.
