Is it normal that i like to take cold showers

Cold showers are good for your health :). Jump start metabolism, increase circulation, etc.

I always start off taking a hot / really warm shower and gradually work my way to a cool / cold one.

Cold shower on a hot or humid day, really hits the spot for me. My wife don't like taking cold showers, so when I take one we don't shower together.

I love cold showers... and I need to take them because I have sensitive skin.

I prefer cold showers too, even though I am very sensitive to the cold. Mine are not "ice" cold though. They're just not that warm. I think it's normal. Maybe your body stores a lot of heat so the cold showers feel soothing to you.

Cold showers when its the middle of summer are nice. They help to keep testicles at an even temperature for optimal sperm production.

I like hot showers better, but I generally take cool/cold showers in the summer, and hot showers in the winter.
