Is it normal that i like to take charge when recieving oral?

I have recieved oral a few times from this person and I always feel the need to take charge. I get the urge to just make the other person take it all, i don't force them to do it but if they are enjoying it then i like to control the pace and how much they take. I was just wondering if its normal to take charge myself or to just let them take do all the work and not take charge.

    I've always thought of oral sex as mainly a dom/submissive act. if the receiver takes control, then that makes it all the more enjoyable.
