Is it normal that when i am at work i like to sit in the lotus position at my desk?

    That is my best position for a sulfur release.

    That's lovely. If you haven't already, I really think you should put some plants in your office. Plants can liven up a place significantly. They are beautiful, some varieties excel at filtering the air and they help to keep you company.

    I can't sit in a full lotus position but I sit however I am comfortable. And sometimes that means sitting on the floor.
