Is it normal that i like to hang out with my dad?

So I'm in my early-mid twenties and still living at home (I do have a job but it's only part time). My mum died when I was just months old so my dad raised me as a single parent, and he did an excellent job. As I've gotten older our relationship has become more buddy-buddy and we do something together every week. We go out to eat, go to the cinema, go bowling, go out for drinks and even go away on holiday sometimes. I do have other friends I hang out with and had a girlfriend until earlier this year, but I've always had an excellent relationship with my dad and really like spending time with him. One of my friends once jokingly called me a daddy's boy which I just laughed off, though very occasionally I do wonder if it is normal to still be hanging with my dad at this age.

That's fantastic. I used to enjoy spending time with my dad, but lately he has been really annoying. If you have fun with your dad, thats good.

I don't live with any of my children any more, but my eldest son and I "hang out" from time to time. Perfectly normal.

You are lucky to have a dad like that. My dad was gone most of the time. I didn't get to know him until was 11.
He had been a school teacher. e didn't give a fuck if I got d's. The best thing he ever did for me was one day I got in a fight. The vice principle called him and said he was going to paddle me. My dad told him if you do I will be there to whip your ass. I got kicked out of school for 2 weeks. I got in fights for 2 mo's at school. I finally figured out I was mad at him for walking in front of a car going 65 and leaving my mother alone. I don't miss him.
