Is it normal that i like to eat sweet waffles and baked beans together

I first tried this combination of food as a kid and now I love eating baked beans and waffles but my parents find it disgusting.

    Beans are disgusting. The waffle part if fine. In the end like whatever you want.

    Normal. Eat what you wish and don't worry about what people think. The beans are probably a better option to top waffles with since waffles already have sugar in them and eating beans on them would be less sugar than what syrup adds to it.
