Is it normal that i like to do sexual things with my friend

I'm a male, and so is my friend. So it all started off with truth or dare. He dared me to blow him, and I did. I take truth or dare seriously, so I don't back down. So I blew him but he didn't get off. He left and I felt the urge to get off, which was weird to me because I was not gay. Some months pass, and we are playing again. He dares me to blow him once more, but this time I had to swallow after getting him off. Or the punishment dare was anal. So I do it. I liked it, and said he didn't need to dare me anymore, and that if he wanted stuff like that I would do it because I liked it. Is it normal.
