Is it normal that i like to be alone?

Well, i like to be alone i have never been a real social person... Ofcourse i have friends but i only talk with them once in a while but notmuch.. I mostly talk to them on school... But when i am home from school i like to be alone... But there are some friend i really like to talk to because they are really quiet (like me) But i only like to talk to them on for example skype! Girlfriend? I don 't give a crap about it... Ofcourse i have girls as FRIENDS but not to be in a relationship with. Is this just wierd or normal? And about the girlfriend things: ofcourse it would be nice to have one but i just don't care if i don't have one...
Wierd or what?

    Sometimes but that's because I live in my own little world and not many people are allowed in...nor do they want to gain access.
