Undertale reminds me of under tail which reminds of wet tail which is when hamsters get diarrhea.

I only know it, because I used to keep rats as pets, and read about rodents health a good bit. Incidentally, none of my fancy rats ever had wet tail, but I did have one once who had terrible bronchitis, but thankfully with the help of a good veterinarian he recovered.
Wet tail is a general term diarrhea in small domestic rodents.
