Is it normal? Some people look really good with bags underneath their eyes and I secretly want them, but then again I don't, but then again I do. *sigh* what to do, what to do.

    There's a popular plastic surgery procedure in Korea where they give women bags under their eyes so they look more like white chicks. So i guess it's normal.

      people of all races can get bags under their eyes, it's not limited to white people only. you might be thinking of Asian people having a trait called epicanthal folds, and there is a surgery procedure available to "correct" that which gives the appearance of being more Caucasian. but this is on the top of the eyelid, not beneath the eyes.

    I've had multiple people ask me, on several different occasions throughout my life, if I had a black eye. I did not.

    They're all nice and cute until you start to get them yourself. I thought they were attractive on others when I was younger but I don't seem to notice as much anymore. I think I see them more as an emotional indication now.
