Is it normal that i like opera and classical music?

No. That music is beautiful and 100 times more meaningful, profound and complex and most mainstream music. Music doesn't have gender and age rules either. You love what you love.

I'm an 18 year old girl with an ordinary life, I love it too! Nothing wrong with it :) I like a whole range of genres but just like anything you have certain things within the genre you like, and others that you don't.

I think it sucks, but it's normal and you like what you like, nothing qrong with that

thats amazing. more guys should be like you. i used to play the violin and i get chills when i listen to orchestras. classical music totally moves me.

I grew up exposed to a broad range of musical types and am musical myself, so I can appreciate all music for what it is. Classical music require a patience that most people have lost these days in their mad chase for immediacy. It's nice to hear someone still has time for it, though. Funnily enough, I have classical music playing while I write this. Jules Massenet's Meditation from Thais. If you haven't heard it, it's very beautiful and worth a listen.

I'm 24 and I love classical and opera :-) I'm also a huge fan of music from the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s you name it :-)
