Is it normal that i like my friend and dont know what to do about it?

She's my mom's friend's daughter. But we've been friends for such a long time that it's almost like we're cousins. Although... It's been a long time since we had play dates (playing as in playing house or playing pretend or something) or even seen each other on a normal basis. Now we're young adults. But it still feels like we're cousins. She's 18 and I'm 19 (I guess that's okay since I'm the guy in the fantasized relationship). Anyway, at her high school graduation party, I just found out that she had a crush on me when we were kids. I can understand that, I think I had a crush on her too. Now, I've become insecure with my appearance. To make it even worse... SHE'S BLAZING HOTT!! I don't know if she still likes me. She probably does because we sorta have this connection. And she probably doesn't because she probably thinks it would be awkward for us to be together, and I'm kinda ugly (my opinion), but no one's ever said to me that I'm ugly (but still, she's "too pretty for me"). What should I do?
