Is it normal that i like my cousin and she likes me?

Three weeks ago I flew into Mexico to meet my mom and dad's family. It was my first time over there and my first time seeing them. So I met a cousin one year older that me. We hit it off and became great friends. I wanted to be something more and I kind of liked her. So one day we were coming back from a family camp day me and her were in the back of one of my uncles car (not her dad) and then I kissed her on her forehead and on her cheek. Then she kissed me on the cheek but not like she used to so I kissed her on the mouth but not a kiss kiss a sorta quick kiss (hit and run kiss) so I quickly jerked my head because I was really embarrassed .on that same car ride I apologized to her she said it was ok. Then while I was apologizing I kissed her again this time she kissed me back and we frenched kissed.now I'm back and we're friends on Facebook and she said she enjoyed the kiss me that she likes me. I want her to be my girlfriend but the only problem is that i)'m scared that she will cheat on me with another man becuase before our kiss she told me that she dated more that one guy several times I also don't want to have a long distance relationship.what should I do?
