Is it normal that i like my boyfriend to be in control of me?

I like it to be this way both in the bedroom and out of it. I do not like him to be "controlling" in a way that's about what I wear, who I talk to, or where I go. If it's in bed I love it when he makes me do whatever he wants or demands something sexually. Outside of that I like when he tells me to get him a drink, says good girl when I do something he wants/likes, or when he looks at me a certain way that causes me to avoid all eye contact because he doesn't like what I said. He told me once that it means I subconsciously know he is the dominate one and I have a slightly submissive personal.
