So I have this co worker. We just started talking more often within the last month or so. He texted me a few days ago telling me that he wants me, even tho he knows i have a bf. I think he's reallly cute and i like that he flirts with me, but part of me feels bad bcuz i have a bf. Recently his cousin just passed away, and I've been txting him to try to see how he's doing. He hasnt txted back tho n I kno I shouldn't take it personally. But wat should I do? Should I back away n give him some space or should I try to keep reaching out to him to show that I care?? Help me please !!!

    Flirting with your co-worker isn't necessarily a bad thing, if you're not being serious. If you're feeling guilty about having a boyfriend, then there is something wrong. I think you should reevaluate your relationship with both of them. Be honest to yourself and commit to one person.
    Don't lead anyone on and end up doing something that would cause drama in the future.

    Keep doing what you're doing, he knows you're taken and he knows you're happy, flirting is fun, if he tries to start something just remind him you have a bf, and stop If your bf starts to get a bit touchy about it

    Damn you guys are mean.. Liking attention from ppl that aren't your Boyfriend is perfectly normal! And she isn't leading the guy on, the guy told her that he wants her, not the other way around. and I think you shouldn't take it personally that he doesn't text you back, he prbly isn't texting anyone back. You haven't cheated, so don't feel bad. It's human nature to be attracted to others even when you're in a relationship.
