Is it normal that i like a boy who is one year younger than me?

So basically me and my best friend met this cute guy called Cameron, once we bumped into him and his friend Nathan in a classroom. There weren't many people in the room so it was pretty quiet. Me and my best friend Victoria noticed that Nathan and Cameron were talking about us because Nathan stupidly said ’I think they know we're talking about them’. I went and sat next to Nathan to see what he was saying. I looked at him and he smiled at me. That day he added Victoria on Facebook and he never even knew her name which was creepy. I added him and we started talking, in school aswell, I talk to him everyday now. It's almost been a year. I think he has a crush on me. He's always complimenting me and calling me sexy etc. He's always flirting and I have a crush on him. Just yesterday in school the playground was empty and his friend came up to me saying ’Nathan is calling you but he's busy’ I told his friend to tell Nathan to come and he actually did and we sat and spoke For two hours straight, he was looking into my eyes for quite a long time. I really like him. Victoria says that I'm being creepy but I don't know, she asked me what I would say if he asked me out. I'm unsure. Is this normal?
