I have been told numerous timeS by people that have slept in the same room as me that in the middle of the night I burst out laughing and still am asleep I don't even budge& am not dreaming of anything when it happens. This has become very often and I have once even scared myself awake trying to figure out who was laughing then realized it was me ! Is that normal?
I do this too! Quite embarrassing actually.

I used to share a room with my brother and he'd sometimes laugh in his sleep. I remember asking him once what he'd been dreaming about and he really didn't want to tell me. In the end he told my sister, though. He'd been dreaming about rocking horses with wheels on their feet not being able to control themselves and falling downstairs then exploding (like cars in Hollywood films when they go off a cliff).
And people say I'm the weird one in the family!
lol gay lisp. Thats creepy as balls. Tell your doctor. Before someone has a heart attack.
I think it's not a bad thing. I don't really know if it's normal though.
