Is it normal that i lately have been dreaming about people.

Lately, I have only been dreaming about people. Like old friendships, old relationships, people I don't think about much. I don't know why. Is this normal?

I've been having tons of dreams with my old friend Tori in them because I miss her a lot but she sort of threatened to kinda kill my "Best Friend" (who is a total bitch to me) Renata! But I miss Tori a lot cuz even though she's a pothead she was a lot nicer to me than Renata is. But anyways if you're having dreams about someone, especially from your past, you are either missing them or feeling lonely! Go out and make some new friends!!

Maybe your dreams are trying to tell you something? Are you unhappy in your present day life? Is it possible you could be yearning for something from your past?

Yeah this sounds normal. Maybe you've been feeling lonely, are having a lack of growth in your current relationships, or are feeling lost or helpless in one of your current relationships so you are trying to re-live and re-analyze your past ones. If you really believe there is an underlying problem to these dreams, accept those past relationships for what they were and look at the ones you are having now. Don't be afraid to take action and change relationships that may be corrupt or make you unhappy. Hope that helps!
