Is it normal that i know exactly where people are if they're behind me

I don't know if I know from my hearing or whatever else it might be but in the bottom of my vision I can see a little black "shadow" where people are behind me. I apologize if I'm not explaining this correctly, I don't believe in any "magic" shit so don't think I'm trying to say I am.

    You're just perceptive. It's all those things and a whole lot of other things you can't put your finger on.

    What I find weird is knowing when someone is looking at me when they are outside my field of vision.
    When you quickly turn and lock eyes with them it really freaks them out.

    I don't know about the shadow part but I think it's pretty normal to have a good sense of where someone is behind us.
