meh, it probably isn't..
i know it's bad, i know it's identity theft, but i have this problem.
I keep stealing other people's pictures and making these social networking sites.
It gives me a chance to escape reality, and i'm a very shy self conscious person.

It's not escaping reality. It's getting praise and attention off of someone else's being. I am sure you love the male attention on your fake pages saying how attractive you are. Newsflash: you make your own reality. You want positive affirmations and unrelentless happiness? Create that environment for yourself. Your life is your landscape. Do it your way. Stealing someone elses photos and life statistics only runs your own self confidence to the low point, because you never will and never can be that person. Work on yourself. Then parade all over the internet.
no its not normal. why dont you spend that time doing things, going outdoors... something else because it can only get worse and one day you will get arrested for fraud and identity theft.
then when you go to prison, that will give you an excuse to pretend to be someone else when you are getting butt raped.
I think you are suffering from a bit of a identity crisis, however dont let this put you off, you may pretend to be whoever the hell you want to be. I do it all the time whilst masturbating to your picture!
And thats why you shouldnt talk to strangers, you never know who your talking to.
I would be beyond pissed if I found a site with my pictures on it.
A few years back a girl made a screen name almost exactly like mine, and copy and pasted all my information. She wanted people in my town to think she was me, and she was reaping the benefits from guys.
It was sad- when people found out. She hurt my reputation and made herself look like an idiot. A sad, moronic idiot.
I don't think this makes any sense but, with everyone being all "BE YOURSELF :D" all the time i guess it's confusing to be who you wanna be.
You can go out there, and completely change yourself, appearance is the first step, bit by bit you can do it, then different people will start to notice you, and you can act how ever you want to.
I hope that's good advice :l aha.
I think of people as a canvas, and that a personality has to be built, and is never just.. there. Work on it, you don't need anyone else's life!

I think it is normal. I used to do it and I know another girl who did to. It's just, yeah, escaping reality in a way.
Stealing someones identity/picture is illegal, so it's not normal. Just be yourself, I'm a shy person at heart but I don't ever pretend to be somebody else.
