Is it normal that i intentionally run into him every morning?

I had met him about 3 times and we are unfamiliar with each other.
I totally have a crush on him.
It's lasting 6 months for now.
I try to connect him on fb.
But after three times of conversations, he decided to read it and no reply.
We are in the same company but different department, so we had no chance to see each other.
I try to know where he parked his motorbike at.
Then, I intentionally parked mine there too.
I aware him always came at 8:45.
And I TRY TO GET THERE AT 8:45 for seeing him.
I didn’t want to watch him every moves, just a look is enough.
We bumped into each other when I was riding a motorbike and he was walking to his office.
I could see him about 2 second.
Because of the helmet, I had no idea if he knew it’s me.
It's this normal?

    Maybe he's not interested and the stalking is only making it worse?
