Is it normal that i identify as male, yet want to keep my female body?

Right, here's the thing. I've denied this for a long time but deep down I've always identified as a man. The weird thing is though, I don't actually want a penis or facial hair etc. I'm more than happy with my vulva, curves and breasts...is that normal?

Is being a man only about having a penis and facial hair? I would guess there's a lot more to it.
Honestly, I really don't understand your post, especially the "identified as a man". I'm not being shitty, I just don't understand what you are trying to say.

That's what I'm saying. Of course there is more to being a man. Inside I've always felt like one, I just don't want the body.

OK, now I understand. I suppose if you aren't over endowed, you could live as a man without a lot of problems. Change your mane to something generic like Kim, or Sean and dress as a man. Whose to know, or frankly care, though it might be a bit hard to find a boy friend, if that is something you seek.
I think the hardest part of being a healthy adult is accepting one's self as one is. Every one of us has things about ourselves we aren't happy about; always carrying around a few extra pounds, curly hair vs. straight hair, too short, too tall, you get the idea.
Not obsessing about these things, and living your life comfortable in your own skin, certainly takes away some of the stress that life dishes out pretty regularly. I wish you the best.

Yeah I've decided I'm going to start dressing as a man. As for the name I think I'll ease into living as a man before making any other changes.
Anyway thanks for that, it really helped.

You actually don't have to have any surgeries or body mods of any kind to still identify as male.

  • Tommythecat.

Then you don't actually identify as male, just a regular mildy retarded woman.

    Oh snap.

  • Then you're a woman and not a man...

I don't know if that can really be called "normal", but it doesn't strike me as weird or contradictory.

You sound pretty feminine. If you were a gay man in a woman's body, I suppose you would like anal sex.
