Is it normal that i hold my pee?

For some reason every single morning between 4am and 4:30 I always have to pee like really bad but I refuse to get up because I'm either too comfortable or it's too cold to get up plus if I do get up it takes me about an hour to fall back to sleep so I just always hold for as long as I can and my husband always gets mad at me for it, is it normal for me to hold it for too long?

    When I sleep I only have to pee when I stand up

    Normal, but make sure you don't piss in your pants and don't hold it too long. Holding your pee for long periods of time hurt your bladder and it is bad for your body b

    I think you can get a bladder infection that way. And also, if you're, like, inthe midst of taking a piss, and you pause and pee again and keep on doing it, it helps some kind of muscle down there, and it hurts less when you give birth.

    Holding it will not hurt you try having sex when you are full feels amazing and you can sort of re feel it by getting your bladder full during the day even on your way home from work avoid a pee break and when you get home go for some fun then peeing after is like an after shock feels amazing

    I don't want to get out of bed, either. I've read if you do this frequently you can get bladder cancer. Keep a urinal by your bed. You can get one at most drug stores.

    there was one time i held my pee for 5 hours.its totally noraml
