Is it normal that i hit myself in the head with my ps3 controller?

I like to play video games like Call Of Duty, and when things aren't going my way, and I turn angry, I hit my self in the head with my controller.. Is this normal?

    I've met a few very autistic people that hit themselves in the head when angry... You should see a therapist or talk about it to someone.

    You had to have hit yourself really hard if you're playing Call of Duty. It's not normal.

    I can't profess to be controlled enough to not smack the controller but at least I do it on the floor rather than my own head, lol.

    Nope. Get some anger management classes. I try not to stress because it causes pimples.
