Is it normal that i hide from the sun all the time?

I live in a tropical country where it is sunny every day. When I was a kid I used to have semi-pale skin tone but then for years I swam and swam and swam until I got dark. It's been quite awhile since I've been using whitening products, and consequently, I hide from the sun ALL THE TIME. I put on sunblock, wear jacket, use umbrella whenever I'm outdoors. I even avoid sunlight coming from windows! I just don't wanna get dark again.

SO what do you think?

On your profile is written that you love swimming. Seems contradictory, unless you swim indoors?

Invisible zinc? I've heard of zinc oxide from sunblocks, but this one's new. In what for do you use that--cream, lotion?

Then you don't need to get paranoid if you have white skin. I'm quite jealous.

Being tan and being pale look good on different people--not all look good tanned, not all look good pale. I, however, look good pale (so I'm told), so I try hard to keep my skin fair.

That's pretty much useless. Regular cotton cloth has only an SPF of 5.
