Is it normal that i haven't washed my penis since i was young?

As a child I didn't really like washing my penis as it was very sensitive and all that. Now I've read you can get infections but I think it's all nonsense. I wash my dick like once a year or something, not even thorougly.

And yes, I do have foreskin.

    I bet it smells horrible. O_o You are risking both your health and a potential relationship due to your poor hygiene.

    As a child I didn't like it either and believe me as a teen I regretted it. I had dry sperm accumulating and forming a crust. I thought I had some disease and didn't mention it to my parents but at a medical check the dr said I had poor hygiene so after that I washed it thoroughly.
