When my mom remarried I got really close to her new husbands nephew who was right around my age and I started to like him. We are really close and talk about everything is it normal I like him??

I know thousands of people who've had feelings for their cousins, and it might not even be considered incest if you two aren't blood-related.
I would first talk to a trusted adult about how you feel about your cousin. The worst thing to do is keep silent, because you can't keep some things silent forever. Telling someone like one of your parents would be fine, but share the feelings to somebody.
The next thing to do is try to keep your feelings under control. Do not show these feelings toward your cousin when you are around him, then he may think you are weird and start to resent you.
Don't feel bad. Society has to make everything seem bad. You two probably aren't even blood-related so there is nothing to worry about, just make sure you tell someone.
You'd be surprised at the amount of people who have feelings for their cousins, first cousin or step cousin, it's totally normal don't feel bad about it. Society says it's wrong but what ever floats your boat I guess.
