So I have an ex that we had to break up with no cantact.... really bad. She lives down the road though so its tough. I see one day that they are hanging out. He knows my feelings toward that, so his face when he looked at mine it was filled with feer. When he dropped her off i talk to him not even mentioning her or her name. Just to tell him its fine. Deep down though I have these urges of beeting his face in, etc... it is serious thoughts though. I would never do this though considering jail time and such. Is this normal?

    Let it go man. You must have other things going for you. Life will bring more opportunity your way. If you can't find the resolution in turning your head the other way then talk with him. Don't go down the dark path. Greater things await
