Is it normal that i have unusual humor?

if the question was confusing, dont be surprised. i dont quite get it either. ill give it some context.
for the past 3 or so years, ive noticed that my humor has seemed to piss a lot of people off, when in my mind, it wasnt even somewhat remotely offensive to me. it also just comes to the fact that most of my friends get ticked off by 50 percent of the things i say to them, usually from what i thought was funny. is this normal? am i just an asshole? i dont know what i am anymore.

        i made a joke to one of my friends that id bang her
        idk why i thought it was funny
        then i said "JK id want to fuck a virgin anyway"
        and she and her friend both said i was being a cunt

        and shes not even a virgin so i was being literal

          I mean.. that doesn't really sound funny. It just seems rude. I wouldn't tell my friends that I want to fuck them because that's just kind of awkward and unnecessary.
