Is it normal that i have to use a bucket as a toilet at worl?

My workplace doesn't have a toilet in the area I work in and the inside toilet is for the boss only so I'm required to use a bucket, yep even for #2

I this common? I feel so dirty, especially as we don't have toilet paper. It's sometimes hard to hold on when I work 15hr shifts

    I'm pretty sure that is against every OH and EH&S policy in the world. You could sue them for that.

    Where do you work? 15 hour shifts without so much as a toilet sounds like a nightmare job.

    Haha when I worked in the oil field I shit in tons of buckets . I had toilet paper though

    In england for every so many employees on the premises by law there has to be a certain number of working toilets or it's a breach of everyone's human rights, do you like work in a third world country?
