Is it normal that i have to do everything evenly?

I have weird urges to do practically everything evenly. Like, when I'm washing my hands, I have the scrub every area of them the same number of time and both hands must have the same amount of water touch them. Or when I the my shoes, they both need to be exactly the same amount of tight. Even if one part of the shoe is a tiny bit tighter, I have to take both shoes of and do it all again. It's especially a problem when washing my hair in the shower. I HAVE to scrub every single section of my hair absolutely evenly. One thing that's frustrating about it is that sometimes it never goes away even when I do something evenly. Like, if I tap both of my feet 3 times, I'll feel the constant urge to continue tapping my other foot to make it even, even when it already is.
It's really time consuming and insanely frustrating!
I though it might be OCD but I don't get thoughts that if I don't do something, something bad will happen. I just feel unexplainable urges to do things evenly.
Is this normal?

    This definitely soundalike OCD.
OCD isn't necessarily thinking something bad will happen if I don't do it"
When you constantly think about something, you obsess over it. And if it is something you feel the absolute need to fix or do something about, then you have the compulsion to do it. That isOCD in its most basic, under explained form.

I'm the same way. Everything has to be even. I even have a favorite number, 4, because if it's divided evenly the divisions are also equal. Not sure if it's OCD or not.
