Is it normal that i have this reaction to weed lately?

So last summer and the summer before that I used to smoke weed fairly regularly, every couple of weeks or something. I've never had a bad experience with it before and it's always been calming and nice, if a little overrated.
But lately every time I smoke it, I've tended to have a bad reaction from it. I know it's not bad stuff because it's the same stuff my boyfriend and friends have been smoking, I'm just wondering if maybe I'm just not that into it anymore and it shows when I smoke it?
Anyway, what happens is that I feel kind of low and don't feel like talking, then if I move or have to walk somewhere I feel okay for about five seconds before my vision goes haywire and I get a super lightheaded feeling, most of the time I pass out for about a minute and then wake up feeling really scared and like I'm not real. My heart pounds really fast throughout the whole thing. Then I feel sleepy and the next day I usually vomit almost as soon as I wake up. Even if I only have like 3 puffs it's the same reaction.

Not sure if it's the weed or something physically wrong with me that gets aggravated by smoking weed. Either way, I can't even smell it now without feeling genuinely scared.

You've been smoking for a while, it's starting to affect you mentally, take a tolerance break (say for a month) and then see how you feel. I know so many friends this has happened to. Smoking weed isn't a bad thing but if you smoke it for a long time it starts getting to some people, lay off for a bit and see if it resets, if not, quit. I'm on the fourth week of my tolerance break (used to smoke 10 joints a day without fail) and honestly after the first week I didn't miss it.

Well I mean I've barely smoked anything this year, but it could be because I smoked so much last year. Thank you, I'll do that! Also recently quit smoking normal cigarettes, would the tobacco in the joint be making whatever it is worse because I haven't had it in so long?

Yeah quite possibly. The tobacco could be making you feel nauseous and buzzy because you're not used to it, and enhancing the effects of the weed. When I quit smoking I started using herbal tobacco to roll - tastes shit at first but you get used to it. Or try a bong!

one full hit esp if days between

    water/ juice

    bed / couch

    candles / dim light

mellow music is better than idiot box obviously

breathe in nose / out mouth

all of this combined is basically as safe as it gets

the same setting as endorsed by the pros

    or maybe stop altogether

Are you smoking so much you're getting very dehydrated or not taking in liquids? Do you not like talking because your throat feels burned/cottony? If so you've probably smoked too much for your body to handle since you don't smoke very often it can burn you up quick.

The only other thing I could suggest is the anxiety could be making you sick, if you have a lot of stress or anxiety and you aren't really into the high anymore just being high when you don't to be can make you even more stressed. I wouldn't bet on that though. I think the whole derealization stuff people talk about is just part of being real high, but some people say it's some kind of bad reaction to the way it makes you feel, I enjoy it.

Hopefully someone has a better answer, just take it easy bruh.

Dehydration is very possible actually. I'm also being treated for anxiety at the moment, if that would affect anything? It's not really an anxiousness though, like I don't feel paranoid or anything. Could be though, these things work weirdly.
I've also recently given up smoking tobacco, which may have something to do with it.

It's not weed. It's stuff that smells like weed and is laced with nasty veterinary drugs.

No, it's not. My friends have a normal stoned reaction to the same stuff and I have this reaction with different kinds that I've tried, even some that my friend grew herself.
Also, I'm not a moron and I know what bad weed smells and smokes like.

In that case, find new friends and go back to drinking beer.
