Is it normal that i have small breasts still at 20?

I'm 20 & haven't added any growth to my breast size since I was 16. They're still an A cup, I'm 5'7", I'm a size 8 frame and have what Gok calls the hour-glass figure but I don't think It looks right because although I'm curvy everywhere else (hips, peachy bum, small waist) I have these small breasts. Men seem to like my bum/hips but I feel that if they ever saw me naked they'd be disappointed at what they saw on top. Am I normal, and do men still like curvy girls with small breasts?

    You sound like what I consider to be the perfect girl, as far as body type goes. I love curvy girls and small boobs. You have nothing to worry about. =]

    I'm 18, 5'6", average/skinny body type (size 0-2 ish, I think). I'm a 32-A and I think my breasts are fine. Yes, sometimes I fantasize about having a C-cup, but that's just a fantasy. I'm fine with my boobs- they're actually one of few parts of my body I like :/
