Is it normal that i have romantic feelings for a guy but not sexual?

I'm gay and there's this guy that I've been talking to and we can talk about anything(except me liking him because it would be awkward if he said no)and I think about him all the time and love talking to him for hours and want to just cuddle and kiss him but at the same time I don't see myself wanting to sleep with him. Usually I think a guy is hot and then as I get to know him, I develop romantic feelings but in this case, I just have romantic feelings and it's super weird.

    There is nothing to worry about, I think. There are lots of ways to be intimate with a person, it is quite possible to be close to someone without anything sexual. Just cuddling up to someone special on the couch, watching a movie on a rainy night, in my experience it brings you closer together with the person you care for. For now, just focus on how much you enjoy spending time with him and enjoy the friendship you have, if it is meant to be it will happen. I am rooting for you!

      I pretty much only like him for things besides his looks. It's really confusing when you like someone that much but seeing a hot guy steals your attention...
