Is it normal that i have red bumps all over my forehead

My forehead has about 14 red bumps. They never fully go. I use high quality creams and facial scrubs and cleansers but they always only shrink but then one day I'll wake up and they'll be big and sore again! Then the next day another one and so on so on. I am sick and tired of them and they look DISGUISTING. Please please if anyone has any tips or has experienced these 'spots' or 'bumps' before. I don't know what to call them but they're definitely more bigger and sore than your average 'spot'. So please please someone tell me.
ps. I have had them for about 6 months.

Ok, for one you need to always wash your face before going to bed. Two, you should try using egg white and lemon on your face every night before showering before you go to bed. (if you don't have lemon just use egg white but if you add lemon it's better) Also, don't drink juice or soda, only drink water or tea. (no sugar, not the tea you buy as a processed beverage, but the kind you brew yourself) Rose hip tea would be a good kind of tea, and green tea or dandelion tea are good. if u really need sweetener, use honey. Also, don't eat fast food or processed food. If you do all of these things your problem with subside in 1-2 weeks, onless you have something more serious that really needs a dermatologist. and DONT PICK AT THEM!

Maybe it's rosacea, I don't know. If I were you I would go see a dermatologist.

There are a lot of conditions which can look like acne(which is what most "spots" or pimples are cause by). Rosacea is one but pityrosporum folliculitis is a lesser known cause. I looks like acne but its caused by a yeast overgrowth. Google it and see if it fits your symptoms. If it IS a yeast than treating it as acne can make it worse. A derm can test the cause but for now since your cream isn't working try something different, anti dandruff shampoo on your face may help if its the yeast. I hope you get it figured out.
