It a little hard to explain. I never hear voices; Or at least, I haven't yet. I just know people are there. I can tell what they're feeling, but they never say anything. It's usually people I'm inferior to.
I used to have people having conversations in my head all of the time. I could never hear exactly what they were talking about but all I could hear was conversations. I was diagnoised as being bi-polar and am taking medication and now I hear no one in my head but me..LOL.
Go to a doctor or phsychiatrist. This is not normal unless u mean u r hearing ur concionse (I don't know how to spell that haha). But what u r describing doesn't sound normal

If you're inferior to them, then you're REALLY in trouble. Or you're a real life case of "Being John Malkovich". I hope not. In any case, get help.
