I have orgasm before my boyfriend and after that its hard for me to continue! what should I do?

Continue even though it feels really sensitive and you should eventually start having multiple orgasms.
omg that happens to me all the time! and since I have situational anorgasmia it really sucks because the friction eventually just causes me pain, there's no hope of multiple orgasms that way.
In your case though, giving him hand or head before sex should speed things up for him :)
I would suggest doing some non-coital activities like oral or manual sex before or after sexual intercourse. It could help him orgasm in a shorter time after penetration (e.g. if you stimulate him orally or by hand before he penetrates you) or he could have his orgasm after penetration / after your orgasm via these activities (oral sex, handjobs...)
