You're obsessed with xbox so nobody likes you?!
Except for the quarter of the world that also is.
The first thing you should do is start creating more hobbies for yourself where you can meet people in person. And socializing well is something that takes practice you have to start somewhere. Maybe start making a habit of smiling politely to be people when walking by, and saying hi. It will sometimes be awkward since there are other people out there too who don't know how to socialize well but act like they can.
I also really think you need some separation from your xbox too, it's clearly sucking the life out of you.
what about xbox friends, don't people play xbox online with other xboxers :P
I guess xbox could count as a hobby, and there are plenty of people who share that intrest.
If your 23 your probably at uni or have a job-can't you meet people that way?
Good luck anyway :)
Ur better without friends theres many things u can do without friends to not get lonely ur better off all people are shit
Ill be your friend. I don't have many friends myself. I think I'm socially awkward. I would get a good hobby, find a job and start exercising. Helps keep your mind healthy, and sane.
Trying to speak from experience. Good luck
Get out of the house. Join community groups, even if they are for xbox peeps. Get out of the house. Know that there are many others your age who feel the same way you do. Get out of the house. Join a team that does something. Get out of the house. Travel somewhere and meet the locals. Get out of the house. Strike up conversations with people and learn a lot. And my final recommendation is to get out of the house.
