I have problems with talking to people older than me, I feel like they are a threat. I even have trouble with saying hi. I really need help to improve because I have a really big crush on a guy three years older than me

    A threat in what way? The average older person is probably no more a threat than the average young person. If you check the news, it is not uncommon to hear about young people committing crimes.
