Is it normal that i have no apetite?

For some reason, every time I think of having a snack, I change my mind because I get grossed out.

In my mind, it sounds yummy, but when I go and get it, reality hits me.

I feel nauseous and nothing really appeals to me anymore. :/

    Then, eat a healthy snack.

    - Sliced apples and nut butter
    - cheese
    - fruit
    - yogurt
    - a salad
    - a cup of beans
    Etc.

    i guess it depends how many calories you consume in a day... if it is too much under your RDI than i wouldnt consider it normal... if it is in a healthy range then its fine. you said snack and not meal, so i assume you eat at least 3 meals a day which is completely normal. do you feel healthy and energised? if no, then check it out, get some blood tests done.. only if it is worrying you, x
