Is it normal that i have icey blue eyes?

I have always been looked at with a vacant and/or dreamy look from others as I pass by. The reason for this is because I'm African-American and have icy blue eyes. As I was growing up, I figured out that this isn't normal for my race. Alot of girls look at me with strange expressions on their faces, while the boys look at me with envy and hate. I don't know why, so I have become shy. Is it normal that I feel so self-conscious about the looks?

    Thats beautiful. Although, I have met a few other people with ice blue eyes. Ice blue eyes are gorgeous. Not too many people have them. Be happy. People are probably staring because they see how beautiful they are. I wasn't blessed with beautiful ice blue eyes. Mine are just brown. I think you should be happy!

    cool, you must look really nice, blue eyes are a recessive gene so it can happen. uncommon in asian and black races though.

    I love my eyes they are like you described but I'm not African American so it's not as cool but still it's like the best color you should be so happy because you probably look beautiful!!!
