Is it normal that i have headaches all day everyday.

I'm a junior in high school. I have what's called an arachnoid cyst in the left side of my brain.my doctor says my arachnoid cyst has nothing to do with my bad headaches. But I'm not convinced. I mean, I have headaches ALL DAY. Does anyone else get headaches all day?

    ask your doctor where they're coming from then.

    or at least how to get rid of them. it may involve medication, but it may also involve simple techniques such as drinking more water, getting regular sleep, reducing eye strain, etc

    You don't necessarily need medication. I used to have this, It was really painful and I could concentrate. Make sure you keep hydrated, if its really intense at some point, just chug a ton of water (nothing sugary or caffeinated). That's what worked for me. And take a water bottle to school everyday. Use a refillable one, just to be nice to the environment too ;)

    I take ibuprofen but it doesn't really help.

    I also have a constant headace but by me i have an idea what it might be because i have ADHD...
